Education and Training

Changing Relations C.I.C. is an arts-based education & training company that produces a range of content drawing on different art forms to challenge thinking around gender equality, gender norms & healthy relationships. We use this as the basis of education & training that we offer to schools, communities & professionals including Magistrates,Counsellors, Social Workers, Health & Social Care Professionals, Housing Officers, Student Welfare Officers & Teachers.

We work with, & alongside, a variety of professional creative practitioners, including visual artists, writers, actors, performers, film-makers, sound artists & choreographers, utilising their skills & creative tools to create original & innovative work. We also work in partnership with a wide range of partners, from Schools, to Universities, to public, private & voluntary sector organisations, as we recognise the value of bringing together the relevant expertise for the given piece of work.

We have produced resources on Sexting Risks & Healthy Relationships, Domestic Abuse, the Social Norms of Masculinity & the Shaming of Female Bodies & Sexuality.  These themes can be used to achieve a variety of learning outcomes in a variety of settings and we can work with schools, groups, or professional organisatiosn to create bespoke training, workshops or educational programmes. As time goes on, many more themes & angles under the broad umbrella of gender equality, gender norms & healthy relationships will be added to this list & we are always open to new ideas!
